By registering for and participating in the Holocentric discussion forums, you agree to the following terms and conditions that apply to your use of the discussion forums.

This discussion forum service is provided for the purpose of supporting customers and enthusiasts to participate in, ask questions and make valuable contributions to the Holocentric community. The discussion board will be available to registered users only. It is not a public forum. Users must register and cannot be anonymous to us.

Holocentric is not responsible for any messages that originate from non-Holocentric sources posted on these forums. The views of persons posting queries, comments and statements to the discussion forums are not necessarily the views of Holocentric.

The discussion forums are intended to be a medium for the exchange of information and points of view of many people and these are the points of view and statements, opinions or questions of those individuals. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to use the facilities provided within the forums to report the message, or contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so if we determine that removal is necessary.

By submitting content to the Holocentric forums you grant Holocentric the right to download or print any material that you post. Through your use of this service, you agree that you will not use this discussion forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or content that violates any law.

Holocentric is not responsible for copyright infringements made by any third party resulting from the publication of content on the Holocentric forums. Any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you are the original author of the work must be appropriately referenced or otherwise cleared and approved by the relevant copyright holder.

By logging in to this forum, you agree that you will not knowingly subvert the functionality of the forum system. This includes any action that manipulates the underlying software application or other technologies in order to interrupt the service or access information that is not part of the intended purpose of this discussion forum. Such actions are considered "malicious misuse" and we reserve the right to revoke membership and take appropriate action.

DISCUSSION FORUM RULES

The following rules apply to the use of the Holocentric Discussion Forums. By registering on the forums and logging in you agree that you understand and will comply with the following rules of forum use.

Please avoid content that is:

  1. Insulting, threatening, annoying or provoking another person.
  2. Spamming (posting the same comment multiple times).
  3. Impersonating or falsely claiming to represent a person or organisation.
  4. Breaking the law. This includes breach of copyright, defamation, condoning or promoting illegal activity and contempt of court (by making posts that could affect the outcome of an impending court action).
  5. Advertising commercial interests.
  6. Being hateful towards a specific group of people. These discussions are open to people from all backgrounds.
  7. Swearing or making obscene or vulgar comments.
  8. Posting in a language other than English. We don't have the resources to support multi-lingual discussion.
  9. Invading someone's privacy. Please don't post anyone's personal details without their permission. Please only post professional details wherever possible.
  10. Not relevant or related.

In addition, you may only post to the discussion forums under your own username.

Moderators are monitoring the discussion forums and have the ability to remove part or all of any post that breaks the rules without warning. Holocentric reserves the right to suspend or cancel the registration of any user who breaches any of the terms and conditions that apply to use of the discussion forums.
