ERP

Enterprise Resource Planning is the amalgamation of a company's information systems including human resources, inventories and financials.

Supply Chain Management is the management of materials, information, and finances as they move in a process from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer.

Software Model

A software model links the business process model with IT systems, ensuring that these systems successfully support the desired business processes.

Strategic Business Plan

The identified long-term goals of a business and the intended methods of fulfilling them.

UML

Unified Modeling Language

Platform, program, vendor and technology independent common language to specify objects, classes, relations, interactions and processes.

XML

eXtensible Markup Language

Platform, program, vendor and technology independent common language to exchange information within and between various programs/applications and devices such as computers and embedded devices.
