Holocentric Consultants – Sydney, Canberra and Perth
Holocentric is experiencing high demand for model-based solutions and is seeking business-oriented consultants who are interested in guiding customers with their implementation of products leading to an integrated Business Management System, which is used for continuous process improvement.
About the Role
You will have a strong interest in seeing customers achieve significant value from Holocentric solutions and will apply your knowledge of process modelling to help them build a representation of their business operations.
The position may require service delivery including consulting, training and mentoring to ensure that Holocentric product are effectively used by customers.
Depending on experience, you will lead or contribute to the implementation of solutions relating to:
- Systems implementation through process modelling, requirements definition, training and change management
- Business performance improvement, through process analysis
- Business planning, compliance and risk management
The role will involve some interstate and possibly international travel. It may also afford the possibility of international relocation.
About the Team
Holocentric is based in Sydney where development and packaging of the products is undertaken. We have an office in Canberra and representation in Perth and Hong Kong. As a small team, we offer great flexibility to customers and undertake a wide variety of interesting assignments.

What we are looking for
You will have a background in business analysis, project management and / or consulting and will be passionate about customer success and working with the Holocentric team to achieve your and the company goals.
You will be expected to possess some of the following:
- Demonstrated skills and a comprehensive understanding of modelling tools, preferably Holocentric Modeler;
- An understanding of systems development approaches, particularly requirements definition;
- Analysis of as-is business processes, identification of improvements and creation of to-be processes;
- Advanced communication skills including written reports, workshops and interviews;
- Extensive experience consulting and negotiating with staff and senior management;
- Extensive experience presenting to groups of staff and senior management;
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident in the process of applying for citizenship.
