Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Nixon

Bruce has extensive experience in the IT industry, having worked in applications development, database administration and consulting within large organisations. Since 1987, he has worked for a number of software vendors and became a part-owner of Advanced Software Engineering (ASE) in 1994. After assisting ASE become a profitable and growing business, Bruce sold the company to Micro Focus, and continued to work for Micro Focus as Managing Director for the next 2 years.

Bruce joined Holocentric in 2003 and led the re-branding of the company and business operations. As CEO since 2008, he is consistently encouraging the building and delivery of solutions that are better aligned to customer needs and that provide more strategic value.
   
Chief Technology Officer
Derek Renouf

Derek has over 15 years experience developing modelling tools and related products to solve problems.

Derek formed Adaptive Arts in 1993 and subsequently created a generic modelling tool called Simply Objects. The tool was able to relate one object to another, visualize abstractions of this, and so facilitate understanding of the relationships between them. In 2002 Adaptive Arts joined forces with Prism International to create Holocentric, which today focuses on modelling, business process and collaborative knowledge-based products.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Holocentric Derek leads the research and development team. He has provided the inspiration and architecture behind Holocentric Modeler and Modelpedia products. He manages the evolution of key product lines while working on new concepts.

Geoff Zuber

Geoff Zuber brings 22 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry to Holocentric. His experience includes working as a senior manager for global companies Honeywell, Microsoft and Cisco Systems, as well as running his own marketing and corporate strategies company Geoff Zuber and Associates Pty Limited.
