Project Coordinator


The main responsibility of this role is to keep our projects and all related processes running smoothly; coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information in our project teams.

As an integral member of our services organisation, the role will be performed in Sydney, and require you to:

  • Be responsible for coaching and assisting project team leads to define a schedule and track progress

  • Work cross-functionally within Holocentric to understand the scope of what’s required to be done, and assist with prioritising deliverables as the projects evolve

  • Assist with identification of project risks and controls

  • Help estimate project effort

  • Requires an ability to analyse the state of a project from discussions and use of system metrics and report back project status

  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports

  • A definite plus is experience with JIRA

  • There may be other opportunities to expand or transform the role over time, managing projects and being responsible for their timely delivery


  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination in a related field

  • Working knowledge of Agile Projects

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organisation skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

  • PMP/ PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant degree
