Technical Implementation Consultant

What's the role?

The role includes working with our consulting teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, and building on the continued success of established and long running client engagements. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, operation and service delivery of Holocentric BMS on our clients' ICT networks.

Key Requirements

A minimum of 3 years in the following skills and experience:

  • Reliability, Availability, Maintainability management servives
  • Release Management functions
  • IT Configuration Management processes
  • Service Level Management processes
  • Capacity Management capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Strong and natural communicator with advanced written and verbal skills
  • Working within large complex organisation
