Holocentric offers 2 tutorials relating to business process modeling. The first of these covers the concepts relating to process modeling and defines the terminology.

The second tutorial relates to the application of Holocentric Modeler to the building of process models. This will take you step-by-step through the building of a process model using Holocentric Modeler V5, resulting in some documentation in Microsoft Word and in a navigable HTML website.
