Centro ASSIST is a part of the Holocentric family, delivering online business tools for NDIS service providers. Holocentric is a leading Australian software company, providing world-class business management systems and for over 18 years has served a wide range of industries; health, finance, defence, aerospace, utilities, transport and government. Long standing clients include Qantas, Westpac, Sydney Water, Australian Defence Force and Icelandair.
Building on Holocentric’s core strengths and expertise in Business Management Systems and knowledge of the NDIA, we decided to launch Centro ASSIST to help improve the quality and service of providers within the Care Market. Starting with the NDIS, we have successfully helped hundreds of providers across Australia navigate the complexities of compliance, within the heavily regulated NDIS environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the NDIS Business Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Centro ASSIST team and ensuring the delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction, value, retention and adoption. You will work to increase product penetration and revenue targets in the Care Market.
This is a hands on role where your strong leadership and customer service skills will lead to new growth and success for Holocentric.
You will be responsible for driving new sales initiatives, contributing to the development of product and marketing strategies, managing existing customer usage growth and engagement and developing opportunities for further expansion.
Reporting to the Head of Target Markets, you will manage a small team of technical writers, customer service representatives and marketers and provide the necessary guidance and leadership to ensure the team successfully achieves its business goals.
Drive and maximise sales revenue
Identify new opportunities for growth in current markets
Help define, develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that results in substantial customer acquisition and revenue growth
Facilitate and lead on-boarding of new customers to Centro ASSIST platform
Collaborate with the broader Centro ASSIST team including marketing, product and business advisors to provide a well-rounded customer experience
Oversee customer support activities and ensure the timely delivery of quality service
Act as escalation point for major issues and provide guidance for resolution
Organise and manage resources including planning, prioritising and delegating work tasks
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Highly proactive and detail oriented with proven track record of delivering results
Demonstrated experience working in a sales and/or customer service role
3+ years leading and developing a team within a fast-paced environment
Strong empathy and desire to help customers reach their goals
Strong work ethic with high levels of integrity and reliability
