In July 2020, a company in the defence industry sought support to prepare for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) system transformations by modelling their current state. They also sought to support digitisation of People Systems & Payroll Services (PS&PS) to enable the redeployment of resources and improve performance in pay administration centres.

Solution

Holocentric provided a full suite of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions including process and policy modelling and analytics, customer journey analysis. The Holocentric toolset was used to capture current state processes and design target state processes for the digital transformations. Alongside the software, Holocentric also supported the business in:

  • Capturing, improving, and optimising business processes and policies.
  • Migrating and optimising existing process and policy content into the BMS.
  • Coaching business analyst staff to capture process content in compliance with BPM standards.
