ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans designed to capitalise on opportunities that generate demand, retain customers and drive organic growth.
You will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan including goals, strategies, research, campaigns, budget and other activities as necessary
Plan, coordinate and direct overall market research efforts
Establish sales and marketing coordination to optimise lead generation and lead nurturing
Implement and direct the use of current marketing tools including Act-on, Google Analytics, CRM system and SEO program.
Manage inbound and outbound marketing strategy and develop content using internal and external resources to increase the pipeline and sales funnel, nurture leads, increase marketing qualified leads and ultimately drive sales growth.
Streamline marketing process to realise cost savings across the company.
Manage marketing KPIs, develop scorecards and report on results to management team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine marketing tactics based on metric analysis.
Execute integrated online/offline, search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, tradeshows and other campaigns to generate demand and sales leads.
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
Work closely with the sales teams and management team to develop campaigns that engage target audiences and drive sales of Centro ASSIST products and Holocentric consulting, renewals and sales.
Manage and lead the marketing team including team members focused on digital marketing, content creation and management, and market intelligence and analysis.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Previous experience in a senior marketing role at a strategic level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver projects on time
Commercially driven with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
A strong customer service mind-set focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
Ability to set clear objectives, and motivate yourself and others to achieve outstanding results
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Relevant tertiary degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
