Business Process Analysis Course
This course is designed for ‘intermediate’ users of Holocentric Modeler®. The course will take participants through the practical application of Holocentric Modeler’s Process Analysis Accelerator.
Content Author 1 - Beginners is required.
This course aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to define and analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and in turn identify the impact on people, processes and technology to implement those changes.
At the completion of this course participants will have a clear understanding of the following topics:

Course Structure and Method of Instruction
This is an instructor-led course consisting of limited modeling theory and many practical exercises that outline the extended capabilities of Holocentric Modeler.
Texts and Supporting Material
Participants will receive a copy of the Process Analysis Accelerator User Guide, an Exercise Workbook together with copies of all slides and presentation material used during the course.
Course cost and inclusion
The Process Analysis Course is conducted over 1 day at Holocentric organised venues and include face-to-face tuition, take away learning materials, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and computer equipment for each student to use during the course.
