ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a great team of consultants, advising clients on the use of our products and delivering continuing improvements to enable clients to reach greater levels of maturity.
By taking the Holocentric vision to selected organisations and markets that need to improve their compliance and conformance, you will help us to win new customers and ensure that they get great value from their investment in Holocentric.
You will be responsible for agreed revenue and profit targets within the enterprise market. You will manage a very capable and dedicated team who deliver custom solutions for customers and build a team of consultants to assist clients to gain great value from Holocentric products.
As a seasoned Professional Services Manager, you will not only manage, coordinate and guide the operational activities of the professional services team, but effectively plan, lead and accurately report on the delivery and status of client solutions/engagements.
Collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders, you will be comfortable negotiating project terms and conditions with clients. Comprehensively identifying project risks and challenges, you will quickly develop resolution plans to mitigate any adverse effects.
Based in Sydney, you will engage with Holocentric executives to build and develop networks across our corporate clients and to identify and prioritise prospective business opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conduct meetings with clients and management to determine project scope, budgets and timelines
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients/C-level stakeholders
Develop business proposals, SOWs and other reports
Drive continuous process improvement
Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements
Recruit, manage and mentor the Sydney Professional Services Team
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Extensive experience leading, planning and managing multiple engagements effectively
Demonstrated experience fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Proven experience in developing business opportunities within corporate accounts
Proven experience in managing and developing a team
Strong communications and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence
Self-motivation with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to think and act strategically
